Privacy Policy

FastRight (Fasting Tracker - FastRight) · Effective date: October 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Metko Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the FastRight app on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android (“the App”).

In short: You don’t need an account. Your fasting history, weight entries, goals and settings are stored only on your device; we don’t receive them. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, and we use Google Firebase to understand app usage and fix crashes. These services receive device and usage information, described below. Premium subscribers don’t see ads.

1. Data that stays on your device

The following data is created by you and stored only in the App’s local storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to the third parties listed in this policy, and it is not used for advertising:

Apple Watch: if you use the Watch app, fasting data is synced directly between your iPhone and your Apple Watch using Apple’s on-device connection. It does not pass through our servers.

Notifications: fasting reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We don’t use push notification servers.

Export and import: if you choose to export your data, the App creates a file that you save or share using the system share sheet or file picker. Where it goes is your choice; we don’t receive a copy. The App only accesses files or photos that you pick yourself.

2. Data collected by third-party services

The App uses the services below. They collect data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

ServiceDataPurpose
Google AdMob
free version only
Device identifiers, including the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking; advertising data such as ads shown and ad interactions; device type, OS version, approximate location derived from the IP address Showing ads, measuring them, and, if you allow it, personalizing them (third-party advertising, tracking)
Google Firebase Analytics An app-instance identifier, product interaction (screens viewed, app opens, purchase events), device type, OS version, app version, approximate region Understanding how the App is used and improving it (analytics). Because the same device identifiers are also used by AdMob, this data is treated as linked to tracking.
Google Firebase Crashlytics Crash reports: stack traces, device model, OS version, app version, a crash installation identifier Finding and fixing crashes (app functionality)
RevenueCat A random anonymous user ID generated by the App, your purchase and subscription history, device and app version Checking whether you have an active Premium subscription and restoring purchases (app functionality)

3. Tracking and your choices

4. Health information

Fasting and weight data are personal and can be health-related. They are kept only on your device, are never shared with advertisers or analytics services, and are never used for advertising or tracking. FastRight is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not give medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a fasting program, especially if you are pregnant, have diabetes or another medical condition.

5. Data retention and deletion

We don’t operate servers that store your personal data, so there is no account or server-side data for us to delete. You can delete your fasting and weight data inside the App, or delete everything by uninstalling the App. Data held by the third-party services above is kept according to their retention settings (for example, Google Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically). To ask about data held by these services for your device, contact us and we’ll help where we can, or use the services’ own tools.

6. Security

Your app data is protected by your device’s security, such as your passcode and encryption. Third-party services transmit data over encrypted connections.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the App and data was collected, contact us.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we don’t hold your data on our servers, most requests are handled through the device settings and service tools described above, but you can always contact us. We do not sell personal information. Data processed by Google and RevenueCat may be transferred to and stored in other countries, including the United States, under their safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
